My kids love deer--they are ususally looking at them to see if they are big enough to shoot. Austin reminds me that shooting does is unethical. So this one got away. It probably got away because it was in a park in Orem, Utah actually. :)
This is not a site that I would ever like to see again. I went to the Rexburg temple open house and when we were pulling out of Idaho Falls heading back to sanity-warm Las Vegas, the temperature gage read 3 degrees. I know, I grew up there but would rather not ever have to be in that weather again. I am trying to convince my dad to move south so I can visit him and still stay warm. He thinks I need to toughen up. Maybe I do, but being in Vegas has spoiled me with good weahter. It is still in the mid 50's here. What a nice winter.

I am with you 100%. My mom is working on moving down here sometime next year and my goal is to get my dad out of the 'burg so I never have to go there again. :-)
It's not like SLC is way better, but at least we don't have the 30 below with unbelievable wind chill. I'd definitely take Vegas' 50 degree weather in the winter. Scott and I are both fans of global warming. :-)
I don't know how I came to find your blog, but I am glad I did. Your boys are getting so big. How was the open house?
