Updated

It has been a while, so I thought I would take a little time and update the happening on the Vegas Anderson Clan. My brother Jared was down for a few days doing some recruiting for basketball and we got to hang out for a few days. It is always so fun to have him here, even if he is so busy. We usually get to only visit for a day but this time it was about 3, so it was nice. Nate took Austin and Luke up to the Anderson reunion in Utah and they didn't seem to miss me with all the action they had going on. :) I am grateful to have them go and get a little action since it has been boring with me here. They had a great time so I thank Greg and Raylene Anderson for putting on a great reunion-as usual.
My nephew Brady had been down since Sunday in a basketball tournament and with my brother leaving (his dad) on Monday, I have been taking him to all his games and have had a blast. I love basketball!! I have done my very best not to emberras him by yelling but have been so proud to call him my nephew. He has played so well and since he is playing with an unfamiliar team out of LA, him being a white boy from Utah, he has done an exceptional job. And of course, my little Austin hasn't left him alone for one minute. He is Austin's idol for now and will probably always be. Brady is so good to let Austin hang on him all day, when he is not playing in a game.
I did go to the doctor yesterday and he is predicting an early delivery despite all my efforts to go full term. We really are doing all we can to stop this but my body seems to be telling us otherwise. My cervix is nearly all gone and I am still dialating. So I got a dose of steriods for the baby's lungs and will get another today. Not fun. My 3rd butt shot for the week. I go back in next Tuesday to get checked again and see that the new progress is. So within the month there should be a new baby. I am praying to get to 34, and even better 36 weeks. I feel good and know that it is all meant to be the way the Lord plans it. I can't wait to see our little girl, I have to admit. I had a 3-D ultrasound, by my regular tech and it was fun to see the little round face (from my mother) of our baby girl. Anyway, for now, all is well here in Vegas and we are still roasting hot. Can't wait to get through August to start cooling down.
