Antelope Hunt

The boys enjoyed being outside looking for little critters. We had to make sure they didn't wonder off because there are rattle snakes out there. They had no fear though, they kept looking for horned lizards.

Alyssa thought it was all quite fun, being outside in the wilderness, she even decided to have a taste of it.

Still adorable even in the wilderness of central Nevada on an antelope hunt with the family.
Luke caught this horned lizard all by himself. He was so proud of himself. So was I. It is usually Austin that catches them all, but Luke has learned from the best-Austin.
Austin showing off their cool horned lizards. Luke caught both of them, but Austin had to keep them under control because Luke kept dropping them. We have never seen them this color before, they really blended in the their surroundings that I am surprised that Luke saw them and was able to catch them. Good job Luke.
Nate has made some delicious jerky from this amazing hunt already. So if any of you need some let me know, we have plenty to share. Nate is really good at jerky! Everyone that tries it, loves it and I know my boys could live on it.

Of course she's still adorable in the middle of Nevada, her mama would have it no other way!
