Happy 1st Birthday Alyssa.

Getting ready for her first birthday party.

Alyssa was being shy as we sang to her. Thanks Grandma for the fun doll.

I can't believe that Alyssa turned 1 on Monday. We have been so busy that I haven't had a chance to post some pictures. She was so cute all day. Everytime I would start to sing to her, she would put her head to the side and get all shy and then she would try to sing with me. She loves music and loved everyone singing to her. She is trying to figure out her dolls, not too sure what to do with them just yet, she got plenty of them. She has been the easiest child so far and the novety of having her in the house hasn't worn off yet. Austin and Luke still get excited every time they see her, either in the morning, after a nap of after school. They still want to hold her and play with her. So do Nate and I, so we have to take turns. She is the most pleasant and snuggle baby. She loves to cuddle with us all and loves getting kisses from her family. She really is a joy to have in our home and we feel so blessed to have her.

She's a doll - no way around it. I can't believe she's one already. Time flies. Sunrise, sunset.
love ya.

Ah, happy, happiness for her and you! Brody's first year definitely flew by much faster than Cooper's. How do we slow things down?
